Super simple tool that copies files from a folder (recursively with nested folders) and sorts them into new folders by date. No special processing, no complicated settings. Just last modified date of the file (GetLastWriteTime) and copy it in new folders according the date.

Yes there are other sort by date applications, that are way too complicated, but this was created as a simple quick tool to sort a chaos in some vieo and image folders into manageable date system. It will only copy the files to new location and sort into DATE folders (by the last write time) in the format of YYYY- MM-DD so it never deletes the original files - it’s up to you to delete them once everything is copied right.
